Overview
The cabin pump pneumatic conveying system is developed by combining fluidization and gas-solid two-phase flow technology. It is a kind of high-concentration pneumatic conveying system which utilizes the dynamic and static pressure energy of compressed air. Intermittent conveying mode is adopted, and the feed valve, intake valve and discharge valve are switched through the signal of the level meter and pressure gauge configured in the bin pump. Each warehouse of fly ash transported is a working cycle, and each working cycle is divided into four stages: feeding stage, pressurized fluidization stage, conveying stage and purging stage.
The key technology of cabin pump is that the material must be fully fluidized in the pump and transported while fluidizing, which is changed from suspension pneumatic conveying to fluidizing pneumatic conveying.
Main component composition
It is mainly composed of pump body and feed valve, intake valve, discharge valve, etc. equipped with material level meter, pressure gauge and solenoid valve cases.
