2. Routing

This project adopts the process of "heating furnace re-ignition + SCR denitrification + waste heat boiler + CFB desulfurization + bag filter + induced draft fan"; The two furnaces share a set of equipment, and the purified flue gas is discharged back to the original chimney.

Dust removal system: the original particulate matter concentration ≤ 500 mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8%O2), Particulate emission concentration < 10 mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8%O2)

Desulfurization system: 1800 mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8% O2), SO2 emission concentration < 30 mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8%O2)

Denitrification system: NOx original concentration 1350 mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8%O2), NOx emission concentration ≤50mg/Nm3 (Dry base, 8%O2)

Ammonia escape rate: ≤ emission concentration3 ppm (Dry base, 8%O2)
