The closing of the dome valve is realized by the hemispherical spool and the rubber sealing ring that can be inflated. The opening and closing of the valve are carried out in the state of no pressure, and the combined control of gas and electricity is adopted. Through the remote control of the spool, the valve has the characteristics of flexible opening and long service life.
Dome valve is also called cabin pump feed valve, vent valve, inflatable dome valve, inflatable feed valve, it can cut off the flow of material into the pressure tank or static material column, and then closed to achieve seal. Thus, the filling rate of the pressure tank is guaranteed to be 100%, and there is no need to rely on the level meter of the sending tank, so the control principle is simple and reliable. When handling abrasive materials, an expandable pressure seal embedded in the dome seat ensures a differential working pressure between the front and back of the valve. The elastic expandable sealing ring can trap material particles to avoid the sliding of material particles due to pressure difference and wear on the seat and sealing ring. The displacement action of the rotating dome spire in the body allows the dense material column to rotate, and the dome valve filled with material can be closed and sealed through the filled material.

Pneumatic actuator adopts linear cylinder or sector cylinder completely closed drive, output torque is large, reliable performance, can meet the harsh working conditions.
