2. Routing

This project adopts the process of "cyclone dust collector + SDS desulfurization + bag filter + SCR denitrification system + dilute phase pneumatic ash conveying system".

3. Emission indicators

Dust removal system: the original concentration of particulate matter is 45g/Nm³ (Maximum 66g/Nm³), Particulate emission concentration< 5mg/Nm³

Desulfurization system:SO₂ original concentration 100mg/Nm³ (Dry base, Scalar state, 6%O₂),SO₂ emission concentration 35mg/Nm³(Design value, Dry base, Scalar state, 6%O₂)

Denitrification system: NOx original concentration 300mg/Nm³ (Dry base, Scalar state, 6%O₂), NOx emission concentration ≤ 50mg/Nm³(Design value, Dry base, Scalar state, 6%O₂)

AMMONIA ESCAPE RATE: EMISSION CONCENTRATION ≤ 3 PPM
