On April 18, 2024, it was EPC contracted by Wuhan SY Blue Sky Environmental Technology Engineering Co., Ltd The upgrading and renovation project of 2×130t/h grate biomass boiler flue gas environmental protection facilities of Shaoguan Risheng Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Shaoneng Group was successfully put into operation. The successful operation of the project marks the complete success of another cooperation between SY Blue Sky Company and Shaoneng Group, realizing the comprehensive ultra-low emission of two biomass generator sets of Shaoneng Group Risheng, and at the same time, it has also accumulated experience for SY Blue Sky in the field of ultra-low emission transformation of biomass boilers, and has played a good role in engineering demonstration for the realization of ultra-low emission transformation of biomass boilers.
The project mainly includes 2×130t/h grate biomass boiler, each new SDS desulfurization system and SCRThe denitrification system, flue cooler system, and dust removal system need to be recycled. The difficulty of the project is that the location of the general plan is small, the geological conditions are poor, the furnace shutdown time is short, the construction environment is complex, and most of the project needs to be implemented without stopping the furnaceThe magnitude can be imagined. SY Blue Sky has set up an excellent project team, faced difficulties, and finally completed the delivery of the project on schedule through scientific organization and fine management.
The 2# and 1# units of the project will be put into operation on February 6 and April 18, 2024 respectively, and are currently in operation. The operation of each system is stable, and ultra-low emissions are achieved, and the on-line detection data shows that the particulate matter emission concentration is:3mg/Nm3，SO2The emission concentration is: 25mg/Nm3. The NOx emission concentration is: 38mg/Nm3, the emission of the project is better than the national ultra-low emission standard, and has won unanimous praise from Shaoneng Group.
