SY Blue Sky Longgan Lake Industrial Park Central Heating Project grandly starts construction
On March 1, 2025, the grand groundbreaking ceremony for major projects in the first quarter of Longgan Lake Management Zone was held. The centralized heating project in Longgan Lake Industrial Park was officially launched, marking the official launch of the company's new clean energy sector and an important practice in the field of green energy.
Project Overview and Environmental Significance
Longgan Lake Management Zone is located on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, with convenient transportation and unique geographical advantages. In recent years, the secondary industry has developed rapidly, making it the largest production base for chemical fiber textiles, clothing fabrics in the central region and a key textile industry cluster in Hubei Province.
The Longgan Lake Central Heating Project is jointly promoted by China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. and SY Blue Sky subsidiary Chenzhiyuan Thermal Power. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the pipeline network project mainly serves printing and dyeing textile enterprises on the northern line, with a steam supply capacity of 40 T/h. The second phase project will build a 130 t/h biomass cogeneration boiler and supporting pipeline network, which will significantly increase the steam supply capacity to 120 t/h. After the completion of the project, it will provide stable and high-quality clean heat energy for enterprises in the park, greatly improving the energy utilization efficiency of the park, with an expected increase of about 30%. At the same time, the biomass boiler in this project implements ultra-low emissions, which can reduce 300000 tons of CO2 annually.
After the completion of the project, it will effectively promote the sustainable development of the local economy, truly achieving multiple goals of environmental protection, resource conservation, benefiting the people, and renewable sustainable utilization.
