Dusty containing gases in high-temperature environments have significant changes in dust viscosity, specific resistance than low-temperature environments, it will difficult to separate it due to agglomerate ability of fine particles is decrease. In addition,normal and effective operation of the equipment will influence by engineering issues such as equipment materials, structural forms, and thermal expansion . Compared to conventional electrostatic precipitators, it have the following characteristics: 1. there may be changes in the properties of the dust when operated for a long time at high temperatures . That is, the gas viscosity will correspondingly increase as the temperature increases, and the dust removal efficiency will decrease. Even the jumping phenomenon of low specific resistance dust may occur. 2. Under high temperature conditions, some components of high-temperature electrostatic precipitators will undergo slow and continuous plastic deformation during long-term use although subjected to stress far less than their yield strength at operating temperature , resulting in a decrease in the stress values that the material can withstand. 3. high-temperature oxidation, sulfate corrosion, sulfide corrosion, and other high-temperature corrosion will happened on electrostatic precipitators which affected by the ash content in the flue gas under high-temperature flue gas environments . 4. the volume resistivity of the insulation material of the high-temperature electrostatic precipitator will decrease with the increase of temperature when under long-term high-temperature operating conditions , until it loses its insulation properties and posing a safety hazard. Our company's independently developed high-temperature electrostatic precipitator avoids the above problems and has been successfully applied in numerous engineering projects.
High voltage electrostatic precipitator structure
main components:
Flue gas inlet and outlet system, housing, cathode system, anode system, ash hopper system, stair landing, hot air purge system, high voltage power supply device and low voltage control system.
Technology Innovation
1. Collection Electrode: It adopts the wearable high temperature and deformable C480 collection electrode, its surface has multiple pressure grooves, and both sides have wide wind grooves. The overall rigidity of the collection electrode is high. SPCC material with good high temperature deformation and vibration resistance is selected, and the deformation is very small in high temperature environment.
2. Discharge Electrode: new BS integral tubular line is adopted, with high tensile strength, good straightness and no broken line, and no deformation when working under high temperature flue gas. The corona voltage of the line is low, the discharge is uniform, the current density is large, and the matching effect with c480 electrode is very high.
3. Structure design: The electric precipitator belongs to the equipment with large volume, and the thermal expansion deformation is larger under high temperature environment. The support with small friction is used to absorb the shell deformation, and the wall plate is made of materials with high temperature corrosion resistance and high temperature stress performance. The discharge electrode system is suspended by segmented frame to reduce the cumulative effect of deformation, and the joint of vibrating shaft is of elastic expansion structure.
4. Hot air purging system: it is not allowed to use low-temperature flue gas for insulator purging under high-temperature environment, otherwise it is easy to cause performance degradation or even damage of insulating ceramic parts. The designed hot air pressure is greater than the internal pressure of fabric filter operation, and more than 20 degrees higher than the dew point.
5. High temperature insulating porcelain parts: the volume resistivity of conventional insulating materials decreases with the increase of temperature, which will seriously affect the insulation performance of the electric field. Special insulating materials with stable high temperature performance are used to make porcelain bottles and insulators.
6. Air flow uniform distribution: the combined air flow distribution plate of diversion and resistance is adopted, with good air flow uniform distribution and small system resistance. At the end of the electric field, labyrinth groove plate is added to enhance the effect of uniform distribution and further improve the efficiency of dust collection.
7. High frequency power supply: excellent power supply characteristics, faster response speed >70ns, small volume and light weight, site saving.
8. Low voltage control: use the power supply of the community, improve the operation corona power, reduce the failure rate of the system, cooperate with the control system to use the voltage reduction rapping technology, and maximize the efficiency of the electronic control equipment performance.
