It is a new fabric filter developed for biomass and garbage power generation industry based on the traditional low-pressure jet fabric filter. the fuel of biomass and waste have higher moistures and there are lots of alkaline dust which easy to absorb moisture in the composition of flue gas. this kind of flue gas has strong corrosiveness when it condenses at low temperature. the equipment corrosion caused by air leakage is very serious and even causes structural danger due to  structure limitation of the conventional Low clean air chamber fabric filter.  The company has developed a high nozzle house structural fabric filter. Which reduces the area of the original access door by more than 95%, solves the problem of flue gas corrosion thoroughly caused by leakage in the nozzle house and makes contribution to the ultra-low emission technology of flue gas particles in biomass and garbage power generation and industrial emissions .

Technology Innovation

1. Eliminate air leakage and solve the problem of top corrosion by structure change of the clean air chamber .  
The main improvement of the structure on the fabric filter is to heighten the upper clean air chamber ,  bag cage into two sections and filter bag and bag cage installed in the high nozzle house. there are partition between each house and one square 
maintenance manhole of 0.6*0.8 m on each house . The access door adopts the double-layer corrosion-resistant thermal insulation door patented by the company.  air leakage area is greatly reduced and the door is small and light due to  the area of this door is only 4% of that of a regular low clean air chamber,  the problem of air leakage at the top of traditional dust collectors completely solved  on structurally since easy to sealed strictly.
2.Double layer anti leakage air & corrosion-resistant thermal insulation door.
The sealing of the fabric filter
has enormous implications for performance of filtering and there are always been a problem for the poor sealing performance of access door . New anti-corrosion & anti-leakage air access door of  company's patented has a unique double-layer combined structure. and the two-layer doors can be opened . closed separately,  double layer sealing and lightweight connection method enable flexible and free opening and closing of maintenance doors.
3. Full coverage of top insulation to enhance the overall insulation performance
the overall insulation layer can be laid due to no access door on the top cover of the high nozzle house .
maintenance walkways is on the lift valve area and insulation cotton underneath the walkways . Then the integral canopy is designed on the upper part of the lifting valve to ensure the full coverage of the insulation on the upper part of the whole top cover. the corrosion problem of nozzle house is eliminated since Combined with the structure of high nozzle house & double-layer insulated door.   the anti corrosion of the downstream flue is improved too and dust hardening inside the fabric filter is also reduced.
4. Small floor area, saving investment
The clean gas duct is at the top of the fabric filter, it will not occupying the space of the bag house, and the
 tubesheet can be arranged on the whole top cover area which can reduce the floor area by more than 20% compared with the conventional low nozzle house . the bag volume ratio have been improved significantly and save site investment, it is suitable for projects with narrow site and especially for improving the efficiency of old projects due to the engineering has been reduced and comprehensive benefits are significant.
5. Low system resistance and significant energy-saving effect
 the horizontal air intake mode is adopted . most of the flue gas moves forward horizontally in the cross-section direction after passing through the guide plate and the uniformly distributed orifice plate. system resistance is reduced significantly . air leakage of the system is also much lower than the low clean air chamber. The operation load of the induced fan is reduced since system resistance and air volume are reduced . factory electricity will saves 25% when long term operation.
